This obviously prevents removal of the passenger seat without tools. If that works for you this is a nice slim product with quality hardware. I am using it for my Mosko Moto Reckless 80 system and was able to drill a hole exactly where I wanted the gnoblin mounting system. For my use this product is exactly what I needed.
