Finally opened the box & found there were 2 small holes in the seat cover. . in the very back corners. . anything you can possibly do. . thanks

Customer service was excellent and unexpected, by that I mean I called the phone number found from a 7 year old YouTube video and a human answered the phone and took my order. Part arrived a week later and worked as advertised. I am a hair shorter than 5’6”, and the lowering seat gave me the comfort level I was looking for.

Sharp edges

Fit & finish was good, edges are sharp when in the stop position. Uncomfortable on legs, should be rounded more!
