Great products, failed twice shipping the funnel

Product is excellent. A favorite detail spray. The less used, the better experience. Too much can make for more work wiping off and buffing. Shipping, not good. Forgot to include the funnel. No big deal, right. They sent one promptly. Received the package. It was someone else's order from Georgia, Im in Calif. They put my label on their package and I assume their label is on my package. They are sending another but no offer to make the double error worth the wait. I don't ask for free products, but considering they have now inconvenienced two customers, they could send a little extra something.
