Side Initial Letter Necklace

I’m delighted with the necklace. I bought it as a gift. There was a problem with the first delivery but they sorted everything and within two days it was resent. It also came in lovely packaging.

Is it possible to give zero stars? Got the letter "I" and it was a joke. Was literally a tiny bar within the chain itself. Didn't hang off the necklace or stand out in any way. It was like a magic eye photo trying to find the letter on it. Needless to say I couldn't give it to the recipient as I was too embarrassed
