Great product excellent customer service

I purchased a different brand of remote starter. It didnt work as described and customer service was terrible. I contacted 12Volt and the customer service was incredible. Cade went above and beyond to assure me it would work 100% with my Sequoia and it did. Install was easy instructions where good.👍

Have some car maintenance experience. Not a whole lot of electrical work in cars though they step-by-step guide made it super easy to install this remote start kit on my wife’s 2018 Platinum Sequoia. Super stoked on being able to use this to heat/cool the car before we get to it throughout various seasons.
