I’m giving this four stars because I have one room with quite a few very small stains. I’ve had to go over this carpet several times. Although they are lighter, they are still visible. It seems to work well on the rest of my carpets so far. I wish the bottle was bigger for the price.

My wife would only use Prolux Shampoo!

I live the product, but above that customer service was excellent. My products got lost on the mail and they sent me a new bottle. I had to email them back to show that my order actually included 2 shampoos and they only sent me one. Without any hesitation they sent me my other bottle without giving me a hard time.
