Visually pretty, but had to buy three of these before I got a non-defective one

Very very pretty, classic and elegant looking. The first time I bought this the strap broke. The second time I bought this, the watch stopped ticking. Third time’s the charm? Wish I could have gotten it replaced without having to buy it again though. Horrific customer service IMO. I should not have had to pay for two malfunctioning watches
