Served it for Thanksgiving. It was tender and delicious. Everyone loved it. Would definitely order again.

Best piece of beef I ever had. Tender, juicy, very tasty. I did it in the smoker with hickory at 250f. Basic salt and pepper rub. Took about 2 hrs. To get to rare. Pulled it off and seared it on the gas grill before letting it rest. Fed 6 of us with a bit left over. Would definitely order again. Ron M

It was, as the name says, a prime rib roast...

It was a real treat. We only get CHOICE beef in this neck-o'-the-woods, so it had to be ordered in. It was every bit as good as I anticipated. BTW, the packing was superlative. Took a while to get rid of all the dry ice ;-).
