Great product; fix your shipping issues

So far, I love the product. Actually receiving it was a major problem. The company has shipping issues including, but not limited to, actually placing the product in the package when it is shipped. The company's only customer service option is email, and getting someone to respond is also an issue, unless you take extremely aggressive action like finding out the name of the company CEO and leaving a voicemail message on his residence phone. I'm sure they'll get it all fixed, and hopefully next time I can give them 5 stars.

I look these little pads. So convenient when using the product. The product itself was tingly when applied (as it should be) but no burning and skin felt great the next day. . . . no dryness. Will continue to use.
