LMNT Recharge Electrolytes

Excellent hydration for active outdoor projects ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m using LMNT Recharge Electrolytes along with other Ketosource projects during a busy period of exercising, working out, filming, podcast production, outdoor wellbeing activities, and location-based creative projects in West Wales. The taste is excellent, mixes easily, and has become part of my daily routine, particularly on long days outdoors or when travelling between meetings, filming locations, and photo shoots. I’ve noticed improved hydration and it has helped me stay on track during physically and mentally demanding days. As part of CWS (Conversations With Svend) on YouTube, we’re currently developing content focused on authentic living, confidence, nature-based wellbeing, and community storytelling. Having reliable hydration support during outdoor filming and photography sessions has been genuinely valuable. Handy for the gym

I use these at the gym to make my water more interesting, the packets are just the right size for my water bottle and easily go in my shorts pocket

Shipping great, sachets MOSTLY good. Received a couple bad ones.

I've purchased this product a lot, and have had little problems. So much so that I would have rated it the full 5 stars, however a couple of the sachets this time were unsatisfactory. The defective sachets in question had an almost battery acid-like taste to them, rather than what I was expecting, would not dissolve in the water, and had a hard consistency that remained when pouring the water out. Only a couple of sachets have been like this, but that is why it's 4 stars not 5 on this occasion. Usually the product is great!
