These pants were 2 sizes smaller than they were labeled. The 2nd pair were perfect. What is going on?

Tour Pant
Love both the look and fit of these pants. The stretch and feel is very similar to the Myles Everyday Shorts, which have been my favorites for a long time. Very happy with the pants - will absolutely be purchasing more.
