I really wanted to like this pouch, but I cannot get past the flimsy internal zipper. I noticed James Crane mentioned a similar quality issue with the No. 277 Crossbody in his YouTube review, and unfortunately, my experience confirms it. Additionally, the product listing is confusing. The zipper pull and tail look different in various photos, making it impossible to know exactly what you are getting. Since a matching strap isn't included, it would be helpful if the listing explicitly identified the leather on the pulls so buyers could match them to one of the available separate straps. Ultimately, I am returning this, though I really wish I didn't have to.
