Bubblegum pink was not expected

I thought the color was going to be perfect. Unfortunately the pink color not a hot pink shade, but looks like bubblegum pink. The color looks like a shade of pink for a young little girl.

Unresponsive

Item did not match the colour in the posted photos. Requested an exchange, and received no answer. Upon calling I was told that the only way to deal with the issue was through email. Will not buy through Nomads again.
