No warranty coverage

After 3 days of use started showing cracking at the bottom attachment point under scooter. Contacted company and opened a ticket within a day. Over 2 weeks later haven’t received any response.

We bought it for tge reviews and fast shipping, but it is now going to be a week past the promised at most 6 days.
