I measured myself and followed the sizing accordingly, and the size is off. Not correct and also the buttons aren’t attached.

Hello. I bought recently. But I'm telling everyone not to buy. I do not recommend. It is of very poor quality and yet It is also very short. And I want to return it and no one answers me, I've been writing to them for several days now and no answer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
