Part 71207 Replacement Pump to Tank Hose for 12" & 14" Sand Filters

Hose was delivered with crimped ends causing hose to leak at top and bottom. Notified company about problem with it leaking . They asked for pictures were sent as well as video. Their quote back to me quote unquote is::: Thanks for the pictures and video. That hose isn't defective or damaged. Very clearly in the video the leak is originating at the base of the hose adapter where it screws into the top discharge of the pump. This is totally untrue the hose ends were basically crimped in the middle as it was sent with very thin bubble wrap and almost folded in half when received . This company has fought me tooth and nail and still say no . I bought the sand filter in 2022 and these are all original parts . At least they should show good faith and instead of fighting me for a $14 hose and send me a replacement instead. I would highly not recommend this company for anything in the future😡
