Long-Winded Real Estate Investing

I did not gain any major long-distance real estate investing tips/ideas by reading the 288 pages. I have been investing in RE for 52 years so I didn't expect any revelations, but did hope for a few ideas/tips that might help me. I guess for a novice investor the book would help as a guide, but not so much for and experienced one. The book really is too long and should be condensed.

Covers Long Distance REI from A-Z!!

This book was great and answered every question I could think to ask as a newbie of REI. Talking to other investors in my local REIA meetups, I realized there's still a lot of negative thoughts on out of state investing. Too bad for them. If they read this they'll see they've been limiting their own growth with outdated ideas.
