Great Book

This book is a veritable tome. It’s full of useful information that’s applicable to both the military and civilians. It’s very heavy on the research and it’s not Harry Potter. It’s the type of book that gets highlights and notes in it. May not be for anyone looking for a quick fix, but for those that can learn the lessons here, it’s well worth it.

More than I expected

I was looking for a physical guide to succeeding in selection, what I got was much more than that-a high-level systematic approach to building a successful special operator in both the physical and psychological realms, giving me a much more in-depth look at what I need to do moving forward.

Excellent and well researched reference

This thing is phenomenal. I can't put it down. Well done!
