I’ve used resistance bands that say they are heavy or light resistance and they have been the same level of resistance. This is actually as it says and is great for added resistance!

They were packaged really nicely, arrived as expected, and were of the high quality that is characteristic of upper gear. good resistance, excited to use in the future. I did find it to be more a true peach than the orange color that is shown in the online photos, I actually like it better this way (it just has more pink tones than the description picture.
