I have used this type of sanding medium before from other suppliers. These seem to be a little stiffer but the sanding quality is the same. I like this abranet type of strips because you can wash them with soap and water than dry them, and use them over again. I always use a backing foam pad under these when sanding.

Wonderful

The Wonder Weave sanding strips are amazing. They cut quickly, last, and are easily cleaned by vacuum, compressed air or a sharp slap on the work bench. These have become my go to sanding solutions to the lathe or hand sanding.

Excellent sand paper

This is the best sand paper I've used for turning yet. It doesn't clog up even with a slightly wet bowl. If the bowl is quite wet, and it does clog up, a couple smacks against something clears it right out making it ready for more sanding.
