2020 Yunnan Sourcing "Suan Zao Shu" Old Arbor Raw Pu-erh Tea Cake

Great tea for beginners and advanced drinkers.

I'm not new to puerh. But, my appreciation for it especially sheng is growing more and more since discovering teas such as Suan Zhao Zhu. This tea has a wonderful taste, fragrance and body feeling. No need to be a sophisticated tea drinker to appreciate it, unlike others I've tried. I use 3.5g per 50ml at 195f. Very important is quick steeps. Pour in the water and immediately pour into your cup or other container. Quick In & Out I find works with all the shengs. This was a game changer for me. I was about to give up on Sheng till I began this method. Now sheng is my favorite by far. Also, I might add that Yunnan Sourcing is a 5 star operation. Scott is very responsive answering questions. Of course the products are excellent, especially the YS brand of teas. Give this tea a try you won't be disappointed.
