Failed on Making to size

I was looking forward to having belts made to size. It was a few weeks wait but the belts finally arrived. Both are too short, and different lengths short. One arrived 2 inches shorter than my measurement spec and the other 1 inch short. The nicest part of the belt is the buckle, the leather is not top quality
