An simple inch or a CM...makes a big difference

I have a couple of degrees in interior and landscape design where fitting sizes and shapes into a specific and limited size of space is crucial. For most people involved in these endeavours this can be something that is taught through education. But I am one of the fortunate ones who lack in other talents and skills, but have an artistic eye, that exact measurements are not necessary. Much like my fellow, musician friend, who has an ear, that can hear a verse, line, chorus or a bridge, one or maybe two times and recite or duplicate it in with the exact, notes, chords and key. But this was not the case with my recent purchase. The first belt was flawless in fit and look. It should fasten in the 3rd hole...not the 1st or 2nd. The second purchase was an American "inch" shorter than the first 38 inch sized belt that I purchased. Nothing has changed from a year ago...I expected a duplicate in a different color. But unfortunately being 65 years of age, this, is an on going trend of inconsistency in what should be a custom made and tailored type of product wher cost does not matter. It has become an an inevitable occurence...or maybe it has to do with another stroke of bad luck.

Buckle is far too big

I tried one of the belts on but could see before trying it that the buckle is far too wide and much wider than the photos seemed to show. Its far too uncomfortable for me so I wont be wearing them and wish to send back. I have written to you twice asking if I can return but so far I have not had a reply from you.
