A good oolong

It’s a nice flavor, punches way above its weight class but has a good body to it as well.

I steeped this for two minutes at 195F, Western style, but rinsed for a few seconds. Color: light golden brown. Aroma: sweet, dark cherries. Liquor: light-medium body, very smooth, well-balanced, no bite, creamy (but not syrupy), extremely quenching, lingers a little in the mouth. I tasted a hint of dark cherry and quite a bit of brown sugar. I love that this oolong is both extremely smooth and extremely sweet. I highly recommend it! I enjoyed it in the morning. But I think it would make a nice afternoon tea as well.
