The staff at Bondi Ukuleles are extremely helpful. I had a few questions before I made my purchase, all of which were answered promptly and politely. When I placed the order for the Bondi Bluegrass Silver Resonator Ukulele, it was in the mail on the same day. It arrived a couple of days later, very well packaged in a sturdy carboard box, the uke case inside the box was covered with attractive and protective tissue paper. I also received a velvet drawstring bag with heaps of goodies including a quality strap, electronic tuner, humidifier, picks, spare strings and more. I was delighted when I opened the ukulele case, it is just fabulous! The workmanship is flawless and sturdy. The uke sounds absolutely fabulous. I love it (and so did the other members of our playalong group). I have no hesitation in recommending Bondi Ukuleles / Ukulelemate to purchase your new uke.

Resonator heaven

Beautifully constructed. Solid and substantial. The sound is a lovely, twangy bluegrass vibe and as it’s a resonator it’s wonderfully loud. It’s on the small end of the concert size so maybe not for you if you have thick fingers. Remarkably the steel strings have stayed in tune from my first tuning and Bondi tell me that they sell replacement strings made in Germany although they’re not on the website. Came in a really nice concert sized hard case too. I’m a very happy man!
