14g Stainless Labret (internal)

Wrong size sent

I ordered 14g and received 16g. I could did not find this out until I tried screw the ends onto the post and they didn’t fit. The package was not marked with the size and I don’t qualify for a replacement or refund be sure I had opened the package. Rip Off! I didn’t know they sent the wrong size until I opened the package and tried to use them. Horrible customer service! I was not at fault, it was their mistake.
