Sadly I accidentally lost my remote and purchased a new one with the replacement receiver that was not keeping its charge, the customer service was great and the delivery time from one side of the country to the other was fantastic, they arrived within 24 hours.

Replacement for a broken transmitter. A good product that works well for what it’s made.

The product is very good. Used to train working farm dog, would recommend. Very hard to get a tax receipt out of the company
