Had problems with barking dogs ,used it twice and has put a stop to the constant barking

Our kelpie was very reactive to people, cars, bikes, so much so that I stopped walking him. The Aetertek 919c vibration was a game changer within days. I was disappointed with the actual collar sold with the unit, I thought, for the price, I would get a leather like collar. Looking to replace the plastic collar. Received unit with faulty charger, which I emailed about. I had to follow up after non-response after 3/4 days. Received new charger cable.
