Sent me the wrong shoes and customer service was awful

Ordered a pair of “Forrest” shoes from the website, the shoes in the photos were dark brown which seemed counter intuitive given the name. Received the shoes which were green and matched with a different pair on the site. Tried to initiate an exchange and was offered a discount on the incorrect green pair that I received (why would I want that). Was told a swap for the shoes I wanted would be happening but after how absurd the process was dealing with customer service, I’ve just cut my losses. I had bought a pair from this company 3 years ago and was super satisfied with the quality and the cause it supported but maybe something has gone down hill since then.
