Sweet Dreams Black Out Sleep Mask

Not as soft as previous masks

I have had a few of these masks over a few years. The original one was immediately soft and very effective. The only downside is the metal slider on the side of my head digging in, as I'm a side sleeper. I washed it a few times and eventually it became thin and floppy so I bought another and it was the same - an excellent mask. However, when I washed this one for the first time, the foam became all knotted up. I had to cut it open, reposition the foam and sew it up again. The latest one, which I've just opened, is hard and very uncomfortable - absolutely rigid. Not at all soft like my first two masks. I'm reluctant to wash it - in the hope of softening it - after what happened to the last one. The quality just seems to be diminishing every time I buy one of these masks and yet the price is going up every time. I hope this latest rigid one will soften with use, it is better a week in, but still uncomfortable. I would give my first mask four stars (minus one for the metal slider, which still hasn't been sorted out on later ones), the second mask three stars because of the washing issue and this last one two stars because it's so rigid.

Eye mask

Great at blocking out light, but i find it is rather large, and warm, mat just need to get used to it.

A good night’s sleep

Excellent product. Comfortable for side sleepers. Perfect for a day time nap, or going off to sleep again on summer mornings. Helps those sleeps to go deeper.
