I had really high hopes for this purchase, but am really disappointed. It’s is lovley, dont get me wrong. But there’s a lot I really don’t love about it. The buttons feel cheap & fidly, taking you out of the moment. The -/+ buttons also don’t make any perceivable difference. If they do, it’s so subtle I genuinely can’t tell. I even tried with a definite seal on my hand make sure the buttons were actually pressing to ensure it was not user error. It’s also buzzy, which I don’t love, & the charging port… For over $200, I was expecting it to not to feel like plugging in a 2008 phone charger. It feels so extremely cheap, I am actually concerned I might break it every time I plug it in. The silicone is beautiful, I do agree with that part of their marketing. But super super disappointed with everything else. I own other ‘luxury’ toys which I love, but I seriously regret buying this. I don’t feel it was worth the price point, & probably won’t ever reach for it. Such a waste of money.

Worth It
Having tried and been underwhelmed by a popular product of the same air-pulse variety (granted, it was also a quarter of the price), I decided to invest in something better quality. I was intrigued by the bigger mouth/greater surface coverage of the Lelo Sila and it looked more comfortable to hold. I can confirm that it is indeed more comfortable to hold in place, imo, than the handled toy I've tried, especially thanks to the Sila's wider mouth. The wider mouth means I can adjust my hand/the device during use and not worry about keeping a precise placement or seal. That said, I've had difficulty maintaining a consistent seal with this toy. I guess this is a side effect of the wider mouth. I wouldn't say the lack of a full seal really affects the usefulness of the toy - the toy definitely seems to work well without one. The only reason I realised I might not be getting a full seal when using it is because during one use I managed to angle the toy to the point where the motor suddenly became much quieter. Otherwise the sound of the motor is relatively audible (and, weirdly, louder when placed on the body), which just makes me wonder if there's something to the placement of the toy that I'm missing most times. Aside from that though, I don't have any complaints. It's been a great toy for slow build-ups and taking time to enjoy the journey.
