Ideal mixed with regular Earl Grey to reduce caffeine intake, but slightly odd on its own
I'm trying to moderate my caffeine intake, not eliminate it, so mixing this with regular Brew Tea Earl Grey works for me. I think I mix about 60% regular, 40% decaff, and it tastes exactly like normal. I tend to use plenty of tea and brew it lightly so I can get a good flavour without stewing and overdoing the caffeine.
On its own, though, there was something strange about it - a faint gassy, coppery, almost sulphur taint tasted on the roof of my mouth. I may be overly sensitive to this, or maybe it was something I ate previously? I only tried it on its own once or twice. So, I'm not really recommending it on its own, but an excellent mixer.
The regular Earl Grey is of course 10/10 !

Just the job for the afternoon
What a delicious blend! This tea, beautifully presented by Silvania in its yellow and white livery, is a real taste-bud buster. Have it on its own or with toasted crumpets in the afternoon, it is the business. Superb!

Great taste and strength
I really like quite strong early grey and this really joys the spot. A lot of earl grey decaf is really weak and disappointing. So I’m sticking with this one!
