I called Titan Casket on a Thursday and received it the following Monday. Ordered the same casket that would have cost me double from the funeral home. Liz was very professional and she didn't try to oversell me. Great experience during a very trying time.

The service provided was exceptional. Due to an unforeseen family tragedy requiring immediate arrangements, the initially requested casket was unavailable through the funeral home's suppliers. However, Titan Casket was able to fulfill the order on short notice, and their responsiveness in adjusting the delivery schedule ensured the timely completion of the funeral service. Furthermore, the casket's superior quality and craftsmanship contributed significantly to a respectful and dignified burial.
