I was disappointed with the banner, it was not the quality we once ordered from you. Many years ago when we was at another church we purchased very large satin banners and they were very good quality. I feel the price is high for the quality. We purchased 4 banners and wished we hadn't. We would request a return and full refund not a store credit as we would not want anymore.
