Beautiful gifts and amazing customer service

I had a small issue with the print on one of the labels (Remembrance Candle) - not significant but enough to make it difficult for an elderly lady (who the gift was for) to read. I contacted customer service and nothing was too much trouble. New gift dispatched immediately - and I can't fault it. It looks beautiful and will make a wonderful gift in remembrance of my father. Fantastic gift and customer service to match! Thank you!
