Not impressed. Item has been shipped but not received as it’s under investigation by postal service for containing matches. Unsure at this time if I will receive my order. Not sure why a company is sending matches through postal service if they are considered a prohibited item? It’s the candle that I wanted and now it’s ruined a gift I was waiting to give a family member for their retirement. I want a full refund. I’ve already sent an email to yourselves about this and haven’t even had so much as an acknowledgment.
