Perfect all purpose bag

I was fortunate enough to receive my bag as a present. The back bag is excellent quality leather and wonderfully soft. The many pockets make it ideal for both everyday use and also traveling. It is a good size and can easily hold a laptop. The straps are quickly adjustable from backpack to crossbody bag. I’m seriously thinking about buying another one in a different colour. The customer service was also very professional and very helpful.
