WATCH ADJUSTING TOOL

Customer service was slow in responding to my emails about my order because I haven’t received any shipment updates. This was a few weeks after I placed my orders. They finally responded to my emails and immediately shipped my orders. A very helpful tool to remove the additional links. Love the tool!

Very easy to use, I have a small wrist so every watch I purchase I need 3+ links removed. I was happy the watches came with this device so I was able remove them myself!
