Bad batch?

I LOVE revel products, and I’ve never had any real issues, but when I used this product, it hardened as more than one color, it was easily to peel off. I’ve never seen this with any other revel product. Perhaps I just got a bad batch? I have no idea. But I’m so sad because I was so excited about this color.
