Due to user error, I had not noticed that the gauge I selected was incorrect until the order was already placed. I reached out letting them know my dilemma, and they not only found the right color and gauge in stock but also updated the order without fuss. I just received it and it's perfect! I sleep with a CPAP now (nasal pillows) and my usual nose ring was causing sores in my nose. This has almost completely solved that issue, with only mild irritation if I've messed with the mask too much any given night (not the retainer's fault!) Plus, it's cute and I've found myself not minding keeping it in while letting my nose sores heal since it's cute and comfortable! Wonderful care and wonderful product, thank you!
