Great employees!

Placed order for items in the Pomegranate line during the 20% off sale. I didn’t do something right when placing the order online and the discount didn’t show. I called and a very nice employee very patiently cancelled the order for me and redid to show the discount. I am of that age (81, and born in the wrong era, and not very tech savvy).
