Good stuff

So many factors go into making good coffee— altitude, weather, soil, care in harvesting, care in shipping, careful hand roasting, fresh to the consumer. This Yirgacheffe has it all — lightly roasted in small batches and delivered with a few days of roasting so it’s at its peak. Ethiopians invented coffee, and they’re still good at it. Farmers Union is great at roasting. This particular coffee is smooth with notes of peach and jasmine
