This is my second purchase this kit. Currently still being brewed it will be some rime before it’s ready to drink but from previous experience it will be an excellent wine with lots of flavour and tannins. The ABV is always difficult to calculate with true accuracy but it’s certainly a powerful wine well suited to those that enjoy a good meaty red. Possibly among the most expensive kits around and I seldom if ever get the full yield from any of them due to losses during racking and filtering but it still works out at easily less than £5.00 per bottle including the bottle itself, a new cap and a printed label that we always make for ourselves. That’s a third (or more) than any commercial equivalent! Try it you won’t be disappointed.
