i had originally bought these burrs from another online retailer, only to be shipped non mazzer marked items, which were dull. they ended up going back. these arrived in sealed mazzer packaging, and were significantly sharper than my previous 11 year old burrs (which ground around 200kgs of beans over that period). installation was simple, and these going so much faster. doing 17grams went from 14.5 seconds to 9.5. will buy from coffee addicts again!
