Léonard Parli's Calissons d'Aix-en-Provence

Delicious. We were in Marseille when we first had these and they are exactly the same!

I had to do a presentation for my French class on the food of Aix en Provence. I was delighted to find out about calissons and even more delighted to learn that they were available at Douce France. The person with whom I spoke was simply lovely and very helpful. All in all, it was a great experience and my classmates were thrilled to sample their first calissons which they enjoyed very much. I will definitely order more in the future!
