Pan is nice BUT

The customer service is awful! This pan although nice the size is wrong. I’m trying to return but they’re charging me to return it and the web says (free returns). I can’t get a hold of anyone, not by phone or email. The phone puts you in a loop with no answer. The email no one responds. First and last time i’ll use this company.
