I bought two of these screws to hold up two vertical 4x4 posts which support an eight foot long horizontal 4x4 beam on which I have placed several railing-mount planters. The screws were ideal because the planters are located just behind a garage, close enough that rocks make it impossible to dig holes and the sloping ground can make it difficult to build a level structure. The price was the best that I found on line, and I received the product within a few days. I plan to order more for my next backyard project. I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE THREE TIMES NOW WITH NO RESPONCE. I NEED TO RETURN PRODUCT UN USED IN NEW CONDITION. WILL NOT WORK FOR MY APPLICATION. MAYBE SOMEONE FROM THIS WILL RESPOND!!!!! THANK YOU DAVID.

Think it’ll be fine for 6’ 4x4 holding a bird feeder w/cam. The 20” re bar not nearly sufficient to put in Ohio clay so we used a 6’ 2x2 after using a drill w/2” auger about 8”down then pushing, reversing, pushing, then using the board.
