Perfect for my products!

I was looking around, buying and trying different containers for my products. I finally settled on this one. It is plastic but the quality is awesome and not flimsy, cheap-looking. Shipping is fast too. Working on my next big order!

Some work, some don't

I don't recommend these. Some do not pump and it's impossible to get the top pump piece off once it's on. We have not been able to remove one yet. I was told to use a flat, sharp object like a box or exacto knife which we have tried but the blades just breaks off. We were told that it's our fault (9 out of 10 times) but I have to say, each one we fill is weighed to the gram, and there is only one product we're using them for. So then how can some work and some don't? So far, I'm out 8 jars filled with high end cream that we can't open. The product is not aerated. I was told that could be an issue as well (if product is aerated). I want them replaced. Not a happy customer.
