Cotton Candy™ Pink - Amplified™

Be aware if you get this, you need your hair bleached and toned SOOOO light for it to be pink like the picture

I believe it would work better on lighter hair, but unfortunately it does not work pretty much at all on medium blonde :((

it’s cute but i wish it was more pigmented. i had to use 2 bottles and a different brand to get the shade that i wanted because manic panic will not stick to bleached hair
