I was lucky enough to make a great beer with this grain bill and recipe. Fits the style well and I can’t wait for it to age a bit to see how it develops.

Auld Bonailie - All Grain kit

Another fantastic kit from BeerCo. Delivery was miraculously fast as per usual. This was my first time brewing a wee heavy, a style I haven't tried in years. Also my first time caramelising wort. Thought it was going to be difficult but was a breeze. Pulled off about 5ltrs and reduced on the stove. Perfect sipper for winter. Dark Toffee and Caramel notes with a rich fruit cake, raisin flavour. A beautiful beer but definitely one to savour.
